“Ordering was very easy, table required was in stock and dispatched almost immediately. Service from Liberty was excellent. Unfortunately they were let down by one of there delivery partners but this was resolved within 24 hours. Quality product and being enjoyed.”

“Very good delivery drivers. Drop pockets hold 3-4 balls, not one as some reviews suggested. For £3k I would have expected the top edges to be perfectly aligned. Table tops are a bit weak as just flat pieces of wood that sit on top with nothing to hold them in place.”

“Very good website with plenty of decent tables for sale at some great prices. Would have give it 5⭐️ but wasn’t able to get my table when I wanted it a few months ago due to not able to get it on finance. But other than that I had a great experience using the website and finally managed to buy the table I had in my basket for some time after saving a little money up 👍”

“Had to wait 10 days for our pool table to come. When we got it and opened it up there were loads of bits with no instructions on how to put the table up. Finally got it all together then noticed a load of washers we hadn't put on. Finally up and it's looks lovely. Gonna have to make some inserts out of the polystyrene to make some sound dampening ramps as the balls dropping into the pockets is extremely loud. But other than that it's lovely.”

“I’m happy with the overall service provided by Liberty Games. Our Strikeworth pool table was delivered yesterday and we are looking forward to having the family around at the weekend for a mini tournament! Unfortunately there were a couple of niggles. One of the cue tips arrived damaged and the triangle was slightly too large for the balls that came with the table. These problems were however were immediately resolved by the Liberty customer’s service team who dealt with everything professionally and without question.”

“This is my second purchase from Liberty Games. I recieved the same excellent customer experience as with my first purcahse - a high quality product and good updates as to when the product will be delivered and personalised calls to explain progress - yes, I spoke to a real person, more than once! The only reason that I haven't scored this as 5 stars is because it took quite a while for the product to be delviered. This is due ot the fact that you are working with a real business and so they have to manage deliveries to locations in batches to make it efficient for them, which is also good for the environment, by the way! Personally, I think that the delay is a price worth paying to support a UK business that really cares about customer service.”

“The table is great and we love it .. the downside was that they can to install it and all the rubbish was left behind. I would feel it’s their responsibility to take all the packaging rubbish and also clean the area as it was so dirty”
