“The arcade game was not delivered on the day promised. The pool table took a lot of communication back and forth and an extra charge. This was not disclosed on ordering, even though I specified that it would be located on the third floor. We are happy with the actual products, but considering the amount of money we spent, I anticipated a more bespoke service. We are likely to order outdoor table tennis in the spring. I am happy to speak to representative. My Tuesday order of two items came several days later than promised.”

“Great service and communications being kept up to date. Delivery and set up were spot on and the pool table itself is much nicer than we expected. The grey felt has a few marks on which I’d expect to happen overtime anyways. So far so good! The pool cue’s aren’t great quality and two are bent so we’ll have to buy new ones but overall a good experience and great table!”

“Really quick delivery of what I ordered, product looks well made and substantial. Liberty Games have some really competitive prices for certain items, but some of their items are a bit on the pricey side. Ended up ordering a pool table and table tennis top elsewhere, but Liberty seemed cheapest for a stand for the table top.”

“Pool table purchased is extremely high quality; I was kept up to date on when delivery would be made. Steve in particular was great. However, I would argue that the installation cost is a little steep for a 10min set-up. The 'extras' you get (cue tips, brush, table cover etc.) are all very low in quality and could be picked up for a few £ elsewhere. Overall, I'm very happy.”
