“When my table football arrived, I was disappointed to find that the quality of finish on both ends of the table and one of the rods was not satisfactory. I contacted Liberty games and spoke to George, having sent photos of my issues. George agreed to send out replacement parts having made sure that they were quality checked. True to his word, the parts arrived in perfect condition and are now fitted.”

“I was called 5 minutes after placing my order as my autofill on my phone had messed up my email so they confirmed my email over phone swiftly which was very impressive, delivery took about 2 weeks and was accurate to the timeslot”

“Ordered a 6ft pool table from Liberty games. I only have one issue but it’s not Liberty games fault, it was the manufacturers themselves. It was missing some pre drilled guide holes on one side but were there on opposite. Meant I had to get someone to help drill them. Otherwise from order to delivery was a very smooth process. Lots of email updates with order status etc. Delivery team were A* and delivered to my room of choice.”

“Really happy with the snooker table. The price was better than elsewhere which is a bonus. It (eventually) came well packaged and the delivery team wheeled it into the garage for me. I did have to pay extra for shipping (Edinburgh) and it did take almost 3 weeks to arrive though! I can't complain about the wait since I was warned it could take up to 15 working to arrive.”
