Hello Helen, Many thanks for your review. We're very glad you like the book. The dedication is not printed in the book because the dedication forms part of a treasure hunt in the book. Here's how the secret code works: - Your little one solves the secret code by finding the hidden numbers on each page - They then write them in the back of the book and then go to librio.com/treasure to enter them into our website. - The message you wrote will then be revealed to them and they can print it, cut it out and stick it into the book to make it extra specially unique. We really wanted to make a little treasure hunt out of the book so that they have to find more than just themselves and we feel this makes the dedication extra special, as the child really has to find it and interact with it. We hope your book is still a hit in your household and thanks again for your feedback.
