Ordered and paid for the book but still not received it! Fake replies that the book was sent back from my address!! BEWARE Before you Order!

Dear Akshata, I'm genuinely sorry to learn that your order didn't reach you, and I appreciate your feedback, although it was disheartening to see such a critical review without prior direct communication to our customer support team. As a company who's sold over 500,000 orders and with almost as many happy customers I can assure you that we are not a scam and that the replies telling you your book was returned to our printers likewise was genuine, however - most likely due to the Christmas backlog - it's unfortunately not yet arrived back with them and we have yet to receive notification of its arrival. Your package was dispatched via Swiss Post on December 22nd, and it was expected to reach you well before Christmas. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by its non-arrival. I'll be reaching out to you privately to discuss options for compensation or a reprint as a gesture to make up for the disappointment this has caused. Kind Regards, Steffi

According to the tracking it was delivered on November 15th, which is extremely unfortunate if that was not the case. I’m so sorry but this book is awful. The message of the book is really strange and talks about shouting etc… we don’t shout in my house. My son is 4. It just felt like message was off… it’s been put in a pile to return. The illustrations are great, but you need to work on the message. It’s not a nice book to read.

Dear Savannah, I'm so sorry to hear that you never received your product and that the email my colleague sent through to you in response to your email on September 13. for some reason didn't come through. If you are able to write back to me directly again to help@librio.com we'll do all we can to make it up to you. Just as an aside, I see you have a Gmail account and we're seeing more and more confirmations going to the "Promotions" tab in Gmail, so you might see it in there. If it is there, it'd be really helpful if you tell Google that it's not a promotion so that they move it into your "real" mailbox. Please get in touch and I'll get either a refund or a replacement sorted right away. Many thanks.

The book arrived and delivered into a puddle in the middle of the driveway. Another delivery man tried to rescue it and brought it to the front door. It was soaked thru. How hard would it been to have put it in a plastic bag before wrapping?

Unfortunately, we can't legislate for delivery people dumping our books in a puddle, but we can react immediately by providing you a replacement. We've opted not to wrap our books in plastic, because there's enough plastic floating around in the world and the vast majority of our books do arrive without any puddle-dipping. In fact, of more than 250,000 books that we've dispatched, fewer than 20 have had to be replaced due to water damage. Although we absolutely appreciate it's very irritating to receive a damaged book, we're glad that we haven't had to send 249,980 books with unnecessary plastic. Be careful on website when ordering. A double payment was taken due to error on the website and I have asked twice for reimbursement but have received no reply from company - still pursuing.
