“Hi … I don’t think you can do anything about my issue … but here goes … while I was creating/selecting the components for my book I was happy with the colours … however when the book was published and I received it the hair colour was darker than in the options when selected … (I tried it again and the hair colour was lighter … while selecting…like I liked ) … I totally understand… but I was hugely disappointed… and that’s ok because I was happish with the idea of the product as it is a beautiful memento for a very special occasion … however i didn’t feel comfortable recommend it to my friends and family … but if they ask I tell them the story because it is a good product …. and some have gone ahead and ordered. So… overall it is a beautiful good quality product… I loved the story line as it resonated with me and my child who is the new father … really beautiful and I looked at so many other products and this one was the best … really well done …”

“The idea if this book is fantastic, but we found the hard book cover very hard to open flat without feeling like it was going to snap. The story & including our granddaughters name was very special.”

Dear Andrea, Many thanks for your feedback. The reason we put the message online as opposed to in the book was so that the little ones have the opportunity to hunt for it using the secret code without just scrolling to the end of the book and seeing it without doing so. They (or a grown-up) can then print the message, cut it out and paste it into the dedication area of the book (we've designed it so that it fits perfectly). We wanted to make the dedication extra special and combine a search-and-find book with a treasure hunt, giving extra an extra significance to the dedication, as the child interacts with it more deeply. Also, which child doesn't love a bit of cutting and pasting? I hope this helps, but am very grateful for your feedback, so thank you for taking the time to write. :)

“Hi there I think the Librio idea of "Where is ......?" is magnificent. I loved the content and the packaging; very clever. There is one suggestion I want to give. I see you only created one template where you add the picture of the child chosen and the pictures to look for. That creates an unpleasant situation. I gave my 3 grandchildren their personalized "Where is .....?" book, but as all the objects and children to look for are in the same places in each of their books, the excitement of finding themselves or an object is taken away. Please create more than one template so that the book owners from the same family have individual challenges. Kind regards Flora Cortez”

This is something we were made aware of previously with our Search-and-Find World books and which we rectified in our Search-and-Find Europe books, but I'm very sorry that was not made clear on the website. All of our books are printed locally on premium 100% recycled paper. Each book is created on-demand to your exact specifications before being quality-controlled and finished by hand before being dispatched to you. Because we want our books to last a lifetime - both in terms of the enjoyment of re-reading the story for parent and child as well as the quality of the book itself -, we feel the little extra investment is worth it to produce a true keepsake. “Bought 2 books: ‘the key, the tree and me ´ and ´where is me?’ We love the first one. The second one, lovely idea but format not right. Difficult to search for object when you can’t fully open the book. Designing the characters yourself is amazing, more personnalisation would be great High price tag for just a book.”
