“The book I ordered is adorable! Took a long time to come . Missed the holiday I bought it for by 2 weeks. And my only suggestion is for the price they charge to offer more options for the looks of the parent . And to speed up shipping. It took 3 weeks to get to me”

Thank you so much for your feedback Kym. We're constantly working on making our books more diverse and including as many options as possible, however it's sadly a very lengthy process which is why at present some of our books are still a little more limited with the options available. Regarding the tardiness of your delivery, I'm so sorry to hear that the couriers were so slow. We shipped your order out within the normal time frame of 3 days (2 for Softcovers with then another day for it to be put through quality control) and then with the standard US shipping you opted for, it should really only have taken at the most 14 days to arrive, so I'm very sorry they had you waiting even longer. I hope it didn't detract from the enjoyment of the book however. :)
