Went to the store on 8th st in Saskatoon where the girl working was super annoyed she had to get off her phone as she was in the middle of a personal call, my disabled husband pointed to a hat with his cane he’d like to try on and she scolded him for trying to reach a hat. Super unprofessional and was herself wearing a hat backwards, chewing gum like a cow. If I could give a negative star I would.

I ordered 2 hats on Feb 17…it’s now mar 17 and i still don’t have my package delivered…email said it was sent from Salt Lake City to be delivered to Vancouver,Canada….what are they walking it over…been a month…never will I order from them again and recommend you don’t either

I had to wait a month to get my refund, had to call 5-6 times to finally get it. I was getting the same answer each time. I put one star on this review only because there's no minus stars. Worst customer service ever, I strongly recommand you to buy stuff elsewhere.

This BS message "We wanted to let you know that we are working as quickly as we can to ship your order. We know how excited you are to receive your Fan gear and we don’t like to disappoint our Fans! We are sorry for this fulfillment delay and are working to get you an update" and the total lack of customer service is why I'll be shopping at Dicks Sporting Goods in the future.

First time order, last time I will ever order. Absolutely zero customer service, only bots and automated telephone. I tried every avenue. And I can’t cancel an order that hasn’t even been shipped. Truly enraged by the lack of service. Do NOT order from this company.

Kids Canada charged $40 for next day delivery before I confirmed the order. Once I confirmed I received email for Jan 10 delivery and they will not refund or help with my order. There is no customer service to help out and I lost my money. They won't refund

Trying to order something from the website website says something can be delivered to Canada some can’t. Called the 1800 number to be directed to just place the order and see if it can be processed and that’s the only way to know if things can be shipped. And if they can’t they then they will have to figure out a return for me and it will take 90 days. Oh and the 1800 customer care is offshore people who knows absolutely nothing about who the parcels are shipped through and that Canada is in a mail strike

its taken the company almost two months to process my return and still haven't received. then they send me an egift card with no cash balance loaded on it. Worst customer experience...can't even talk to a person on the phone re: this

Just went to the Timmins location I was served by Mel… worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again. She had no product knowledge,. Was told to come back in one hour so they could print the name on the cap But went back and they couldn’t do it. Then she was having problems giving a refund and she had given me the wrong price for the merchandise.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. An absolute trash company. After I approved a design proof they sent me, the final product came back MUCH later than promised with a completely different sizing. When I asked them to remake it to what the approved proof was, they said, "it is possible that the dimensions can change for an order in between digitization and the proof." This was followed by a disingenuous apology and an offer for 15% off my next hat. Run, don't walk, away from this terribly run company.

You think you’re buying from Canada, nope it’s from the US. You think you can return it in store, nope you have to ship it back to the US and pay a lot for shipping. Don’t waste your time and money.

If negative stars were possible I'd give it, this place is a total rip off. Ordered 3 hats from them in one order, received and hat fits weird, decided to return, first you can't return a online order in store, Secondly they charge $10 return shipping, ok I still decided to return despite there $10 shipping. Contacted customer support for return, agent puts it in as 3 separate returns charging me 3 separate $10 shipping charge for 3 separate return lable even thought it was all ordered in one and shipped as one order, after that the agent went ghost on the chat and refused to reply as to why it's 3 separate returns oppose to one return for all 3 products. This place is a shameless rip off STAY AWAY ! We count on members like you to help customers make well-informed decisions about business or products

I ordered two ball caps almost 3 months have gone by and only one delivered. Can’t get a straight answer from anyone what is going on! This company sucks, their customer service department is a complete joke, and I am out $65 !! I have already reported this company to the Better Business Bureau.

I was browsing around on the internet for places to shop for hats. I typically wear a curved rim hat and I've had nothing but great products from hurley so I've stuck to it. First I looked at Amazon and quickly turned away. Tried hurley and figured okay not to bad, but I figured id compare to a third site. Saw lids. Thought oh cool it has a 20% of sale not bad. Picked out two hats. With shipping an taxes it came up to 100.54 CAD. I figured okay, still alittle high but whatever. It's a sale I needed hats. One was 41.99 and the other was 48.99. Soo here's where it gets funny. Order arrives. I open it up and I check out my hats. Both of the hats had their price tags on them. The 48.99 was 30$ and the 41.99 was 24.00$ both hats were marked up almost 50%. And they hit me with a 17$ shipping fee on top of extra money in taxes. I will never shop at lids.ca ever. PS: Yes they did give me the money difference back but when I said they left the price tag on the agent sounded shocked. Like it shouldn't have happened like that. They are crooks.
