“On sept 9 I placed an order
Paid 34.99 for next day delivery ( next business day)
On Sept 11 called in to verify delivery
Response: next business day referes to when the warehouse is completed and ships it
So I questioned the lady - there is nothing on your website that states this and that this is false - I order from Zara before 1pm I get it same day or it’s a refund - and lids refuses to accept
Fault - I asked for a manager she said she will have a manager call me - and this has not happened - I would like my next day delivery refund”
“Garbage customer service, all reps were of no help, listings lied on the site. Reps take forever to respond in live chat, which defeats the purpose. They are all clearly located in India with the way they were speaking. Don't even think of trying to get a refund, they will not allow it. Never shopping here or at their stores again.”
“Terrible experience. One of the hats received was defective tried to return to the store and they said i needed to return via mail because i had purchased online. So i tried to get the return form however the site did not work ( yes i have adobe), so i sent via mail with tracking. They took 3 weeks yo issue a refund and then charged me another $14 for return shipping even though I paid for the return shipping separately.
Terrible. I will never purchase from them again.”
“Went to the store on 8th st in Saskatoon where the girl working was super annoyed she had to get off her phone as she was in the middle of a personal call, my disabled husband pointed to a hat with his cane he’d like to try on and she scolded him for trying to reach a hat. Super unprofessional and was herself wearing a hat backwards, chewing gum like a cow. If I could give a negative star I would.”
“I ordered 2 hats on Feb 17…it’s now mar 17 and i still don’t have my package delivered…email said it was sent from Salt Lake City to be delivered to Vancouver,Canada….what are they walking it over…been a month…never will I order from them again and recommend you don’t either”

“Trying to order something from the website website says something can be delivered to Canada some can’t. Called the 1800 number to be directed to just place the order and see if it can be processed and that’s the only way to know if things can be shipped. And if they can’t they then they will have to figure out a return for me and it will take 90 days. Oh and the 1800 customer care is offshore people who knows absolutely nothing about who the parcels are shipped through and that Canada is in a mail strike”

“If I could give less than 1 star, I would. An absolute trash company. After I approved a design proof they sent me, the final product came back MUCH later than promised with a completely different sizing. When I asked them to remake it to what the approved proof was, they said, "it is possible that the dimensions can change for an order in between digitization and the proof." This was followed by a disingenuous apology and an offer for 15% off my next hat.
Run, don't walk, away from this terribly run company.”

Ordered 3 hats from them in one order, received and hat fits weird, decided to return, first you can't return a online order in store, Secondly they charge $10 return shipping, ok I still decided to return despite there $10 shipping. Contacted customer support for return, agent puts it in as 3 separate returns charging me 3 separate $10 shipping charge for 3 separate return lable even thought it was all ordered in one and shipped as one order, after that the agent went ghost on the chat and refused to reply as to why it's 3 separate returns oppose to one return for all 3 products. This place is a shameless rip off STAY AWAY !
