“I ordered slippers on the 4th of October money in payment went out of my accounton the 10th I am still awaiting delivery of same . What can be done .today is the 12th . Mrs Yeadon.”

“My order was for some reason not sent out until I chased over a week later. Apologies given, but order still sent out by 2nd class Royal Mail which takes 3-5 working days. Would have appreciated a quicker delivery since the mistake was LH”s.”

“Not yet received my order! Recieved an email saying there was a delay which by coincidence happened last time I ordered. I complained and asked for a refund which was ignored. I recieved an email last Saturday saying that my order had been dispatched with 2-3 days delivery- not received 5 days later and no response from anyone other than to send an email requesting a review! Crazy- I will not be ordering again when this debacle is concluded”

“Avoid this company at all costs. Take your money, initially then tell you goods are on back order, then no further communication or refund, have waited over 8 weeks. This company take your money under false pretences, fraudulent trading. Avoid Avoid Avoid you have been warned !!!!!!”

Dear Ian, I am sorry this happened, especially as I see you ordered before. We are dealing with this and refunding you. The polo shirts sold out during the summer months, and sadly they have been put back when we've tried to re-order them.
