“never recieved my package. filed a complaint w fedex but they wont do anyrhing because lighterUSA wont file a complaint. They refuse to refund my money or send another product. I filed a complaint with the BBB and there prtty much ignoring that and lieing saying it was delivered. Next step will be a complaint with the New York State Attorney General office. Dont buy from this company.”
