“Product seems to be going up in price and down in coil quality-burning coils when never had issue before photo attached and no, I did not burn it down to the coil with no product. It turned dark brown with a full pod lowest heat setting.”
“Do not order from these people! they are rated poorly from the Better Business Bureau!!
I never received my order, it was damaged in shipment. I paid for shipping insurance which was a hoax. Please do not order from these people!!”
“You did really badly. You sent me an inoperable, then made It completely impossible to return. Won't be doing business again with you and I plan to tell all my cigar smoking buddies to stay clear of your company!!! Plan to report you to BBB and note the info on social media.”
“I love this lighter. It has everything you could want in a lighter. Four torch, lights first time every time, has a built-in punch, a huge tank which you can see through, which I love, and at least for a little while a pretty red flame. What's not to like. And on top of all that you can use it as a cigar rest sitting on a table. Brilliant!!!!”
