“It’s been over two weeks since my order shipped to me on 8/21/2026. I still have yet to receive my order Lighterusa still claims it’s in route to me when FedEx hasn’t scanned the package since 8/27. Lighterusa still claims my package is in route. It’s clearly lost by FedEx and lighterusa refuses to do anything about it. When asked about filing a claim for the shipping protection I paid for they don’t even acknowledge it just keep saying I should have my package soon.”
“Package never arrived, same copy and paste response when contacting for help “please be patient on shipping” no refund nothing. Package was 20+ days with no movement. Had to dispute charge on my card to get a refund”
