“My rating is largely due to customer service and shipping. The shipment was packaged very poorly, basically a thick envelope and little to no padding. One of the items I ordered was damaged in transit due to packaging.
I reached out and spoke to a rep, who was very dismissive and unhelpful. I emailed back and got no further response.”
