“Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company.
The product arrived in a visibly dirty and unhygienic condition. The packaging contained dirt, debris, and contamination, which is completely unacceptable for a product intended for inhalation. I reported the issue immediately upon delivery and provided photographs as evidence.
The seller initially agreed to provide a credit refund. However, I requested a refund back to my original payment method because I no longer trusted the product or the brand after receiving it in such poor condition.
Almost a week later, the seller asked me to return the item. By that time, I had already disposed of it due to the serious hygiene concerns and because I had already reported the issue and received confirmation that a refund would be provided.
After that, the seller stopped properly addressing my concerns and failed to resolve the matter satisfactorily.
Very poor customer service and a disappointing overall experience.”
“Overall, the website has been really good to me. Great selection and decent prices. My one negative is the amount of "out of stock" products. I have been ordering the Alp Winergreen 9 mg regularing for the last 6 months (or so), but now it out of stock. I also like to try a some different brands and flavors, but the ones that appeal to me are most often out of stock.
It appears some work needs to be done with the prouct vendors and/or the supply chain feeding the Lighter USA website.”

“Received a Blazer Torch lighter order number 1000982074 on June 1st. It is defective and only will light Maybe one in seven times. This is unacceptable. I've reached out by email several times and keep getting the same return page BS. It also says my lighter is not returnable. IT'S DEFECTIVE! Have left several messages. BUYER BEWARE this company is Horrible to do business with. Now I'm out $64.90.”
