“Purchased few products in the past several months. Service is always very punctual. Communication is straight forward. I had to return one item due to the product not being suitable for us. the return process was very easy to follow. I was refunded in full and again the communication in the due process was very efficient.”

“I recently purchased some lights from lights.co.uk and i must say if i had read the reviews on here first i probably wouldn't have purchased them. However i had all ready paid for them and i must say that apart from their annoying auto email telling you items have been collected and you try the tracking number with DPD its says awaiting collection, the service was faultless. From ordering them to delivery was 7 days and 3 of these days were bank holidays. The items arrived well packed and all work as they should, so i can only give them 5 stars.”

“Excellent customer service. I had to return a light as I thought it was delivered with missing remote - they arranged return and sent me a new light. I realised later the light i received was in fact alright - there was no extra cost for me for my mistake. I am baying another lamp from them.”

“During the pandemic, I feel that many companies customer service has become non existent. So it was refreshing to contact Lights.co prior to my purchases both by email and on the phone and have my queries responded to in a timely and professional manner. Once I had ascertained that what I was purchasing was correct I was happy that I received constant updates on the arrival of my items. My order arrived much quicker than I had been advised and all items were extremely well packaged ...no damaged cartons etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use them again myself.”

“I found Lights.co.uk a very pleasing company to deal with. The website is very easy to navigate and has a great number of products to choose from. After I purchased the lamp I wanted I was sent an email thanking me for my order and telling me the progress of delivery. After receiving my new lamp the packaging it came in was excellent. I found the whole shopping experience highly recommendable to anyone who is looking for a product on their website.”
