“Lights came later than expected unfortunately but still please with them when they arrived”

“i out of the four tea lights i orderd two had flat batteries and one of the batteries had leaked and corroded the bottom of the light, however new batteries and a quick clean and all is well.good servis and quick lights working well”

“The lamp looks lovely. I had great trouble undoing the tiny screw underneath to put the batteries in. I even had the screwdriver set out of the cracker! Husband eventually managed but if I'd been on my own I wouldn't have. But anyway batteries in and I'm very pleased with it.”

“My fairy lights arrived promptly and although a phone call to you was necessary in order to set the plug-in correctly they worked on the Christmas tree very well . I like the colour combination. Thank you ,Florence”

“Lovely warm white LED mains operated lights as described. Not too bright as suggested in other reviews. Came in a small box in time for Christmas which was a relief.”

“Customer service is excellent and products are shipped in a timely fashion. We have been a customer of Lights4fun for many years but unfortunately our Christmas LED lights have been known to falter (flickering and going out completely). Granted, our 1st batch we have had for a number of years, but we bought some new ones 2 years ago and they have already started to falter. We contacted customer service, who again were very helpful in sending a new transformer, but sadly this didn't cure the problem.”

“bought a small glass dome to display a glass ornament, looks really nice. Not sure why the base needs a run off well tho when so small an area. Will make a base without, but price really good for the dome. Thank you for the very swift service.”

“Bought two lots of lights. One set was faulty which was disappointing. Too late to get replacement for Christmas. A quick check before despatch would have prevented the problem as there was a missing spring contact. Refund process straightforward.”

“I ordered 2 items. Execellent delivery and am thrilled with the one item, in fact might order another of them. But the reason I didn't give 5 stars was, the second item isn't any good to me as it's misleading on the write up as to exactly what they are. By the time I pay for postage to return them it wouldn't be worth it. Otherwise excellent.”

“Good products and pleased with them. Only glitch was the website promises next day delivery - with extra charge naturally - but doesn't say they don't process weekend ordering until the Monday. So I didn't get the order until Tuesday. This should be made clear.”

“Items delivered promptly and look great. Only slight disappointment is that the transformer does not fit outside electrical sockets - needed to re-string so could use garage socket. Will be ordering more lights for Next Christmas.”
