“The product is great but the packaging had a mid print it stated the lights needed AAA batteries when infact AA batteries are needed”

“For whatever reason my name wasn't on the package so when it was delivered to my work the postroom didn't know who it belonged to and they had to open the package and ring you to find out who it was for.”

“I find lights 4 fun a good company, very helpful staff, quick service & great website. \nThe only thing that lets them down time & time again is the delivery company they use dpd.\nOn 3 seperate occasions I have not recieved my parcel from then and despite paying Lights 4 fun for next day delievery, I have ended up going to the depot to collect days later. They never offer an explanation as to why they fail to deliver so often - they are **************!! \nLights 4 fun need to change & use a different delivery company as this puts me off buying from them again.”

“Found the items I wanted on the website very easily. Placed an order and paid without difficulty. Goods received, well packed and all in order a few days later. Made one enquiry by email and received an answer within 30 minutes. Very satisfactory.”

“The card payment routines need review to ensurev that acceptance or rejection of the transaction is positive and part of the on-line experience.\n\nOtherwise the ordering system worked as it said on the tin. \nShould I or you be suprised at this?\n\nI would recommend your company for its stock and services, \nbut as you are not selling IT, not on your outsourced web-site.”

“Better close-up/detailed pictures of the items even though you would assume we would know, I actually needed to see the LED attachment in order to eventually fit them through some metal holes and this detail wasn't available”

“I am extremely pleased with my product. I had some problems with the website so had to call but the lady was very nice and helpful. On the second order I then had further website problems because of my initial problems (email address). But again I called and another lady took the order.”

“Warm white solar net lights: received very quickly and well packaged. On/off -static/flash mechanism is not as described in the details, but is OK. Lights were slightly more "orange" than expected but having got used to them to do provide a nice effect. The nets are a good size and easy to hang. After a good blast of sunlight the lights shine very brightly well and for a long time. Brought on offer, and would say a very good product for the price.”

“One of the curtain nets of lights we received was tangled in a way which could not be untangled and made using it more difficult. However apart from this minor problem the service and lights were excellent.”
