Order came quickly. I haven't tested all items yet but those I have are as described. Price was good but it didn't inc postage, whereas similar items on eBay did. I chose this site because I needed the items quickly and thought only a UK dispatcher could do this. I appreciate that costs for UK sellers who pay tax are higher so thought this was good value overall. \n\nI received a voucher code for money off my next order in the parcel but the code expires the day before the parcel arrived. Another code that I could use would be most appreciated :)

The lights we ordered on-line were what we wanted and didn't disappoint. They were used last weekend at a family wedding to decorate box balls and bay lollipop trees around the reception venue. Very effective and are going to be used again at a future family event.

Returned.as they were not recommended for all the year use (Information not clear on Website) they were returned without any fuss, with a full refund including £2.53 postage. (Cost of return postage was £8.00 via Royal Mail. Left me "out of pocket"

THE LIGHTS WERE GREAT, ARRIVED QUICKLY, ONE OF THE BOXES WAS SQUASHED, BUT LUCKILY THE LIGHTS WERE FINE!

Only blip was being charged extra for delivery when parcel could have been sent royal mail. However when I phoned to query this I was I was met with a courteous, friendly lady who arranged a refund immediately. \nWould definitely use the firm again esp due to customer support.\n

I was unaware that an attempt had been made to deliver the goods the previous day and happened to be in to receive the goods on second attempt. The Delivery service said that they never leave a note re failed attempts - so a pre-arranged delivery time was out of the question and left to chance.

Great product and did what it said on the lid...however could have put out a warning that we had to assemble each lantern to each bulb...this was not made aware.

Always pleased with the speed of delivery and the products themselves. This time I needed to perform minor surgery to get things working - but it was all good in the end. The battery operated candles did not work when I pulled the 'battery saver' tab out (5 out of 6) - the bottom had to be unscrewed and the connector bent back in - easy fix but fiddly.

Have used L4F over last few years. Products have been great but LED xmas lights that I invested in quite heavily have lasted only 3-4 years and LEDs now failing in several sets - after only a few hundred (approx 400-500) hours at most. I wrote to complain but received no response. That said, where I've previously needed advice on lights, or wanted to exchange they have always been very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.\n\nI've just bought a selection of solar lighting. Multi coloured LED dragonflies look impressive but only red blue and green lights are brightly visible. The yellow lamps are so dim they can hardly be seen - in two different sets - even after a full charge. Such a shame. \n\nOverall though L4F and their staff have always been very helpful whenever I've written or called. Goods have always arrived as ordered and well packaged. I just need to follow up on the issues above.\n

Simple and easy to install. Reasonable price. Very effective and elegant displayed over trees, along pipes etc. got for myself but sister kept them after putting them along a house entrance for a 21st party. She loves looking at them when coming in late from work.
