“Very good customer service. . Excellent! Only issue was that when goods arrived the boxes were completely battered and squashed. All lights worked okay but it was suprising given the state of the boxes!”

“I received an email from your warehouse advising me who would be packing and arranging dispatch of my order, but no indication of when it would be dispatched so I just had to sit and wait. This wasn't very helpful. Far better to email me when the order was dispatched, giving an indication of likely delivery. Suggest you take a leaf out of **** book regarding order status info.”

“Service and price was very good. \n\nItems were delivered very speedily although the packaging used for my main order was poor and had been damaged in transit. Fortunately, the unboxed items that were part of my order had remained inside the packaging (just!).\n\nIt would be useful to be able to see the instruction leaflets for each light set via the web site as part of the product information.”

“Would liked to have know if there featured a ON/OFF switch for this light. As I would not have made a purchase if i knew it didn't.\nThis was the only information missing. Otherwise everything else was perfect in product info.\nQuick delivery and a very compatative price.\nOverall happy experience.\nThanks”
