“Overall very good service. For some items it was a little difficult to select all the necessary parts, for example the right lead/transformer. I did not like the way additional, offer items, appeared in the check-out list. That said the items I wanted arrived quickly and they are well made. I would recommend this company to family and friends.”

“Although ordering three packs of the gutter clips, I was sent only one. After contacting the sales team i was informed it was a picking error and the other two would be posted first class.\nI now have the three packes requested and would like to thank you for you help with the above.\n\nHelpful service 5 stars, Picking service and QA for delivery 3 stars. Hence the 4star rating.”

“I was very satisfied with the order procedure and would recommend lights4fun to others. Website is simply to use and order received quickly. “Item was as described, worked first time out of the box and arrived quite quickly. Only areas for improvement:\n1/ item was not despatched as quickly as promised although still not slow. Anticipation had been raised by emails received after orering which promised item more quickly or explanation for any delays.\n2/ item referred to reading instructions "in the box" but there weren't any. This was not a problem as the item is largely foolproof, but the mismatch should be avoided.”

“For some reason, the full adress details provided aren't supplied to the carrier so my parcel took two days longer to arrive than it should've. The system left the company name and town off the parcel.”
