“product great company great to deal with staff very nice let down on this occasion by the courier service I had paid for tracking times wrong etc but staff sorted and refunded my special delivery charge would use again but only on normal postage”

“The order arrived promptly, and the envelope was sealed. However, the packaging inside containing the lights appeared to have been opened, although the lights were undamaged and still had the plastic strips preventing the battery from working. So although the product seems to be OK, receiving it in packaging that has already been opened is a bit offputting.”

“When my order arrived unfortunately, one item was missing! I telephoned Customer Services to let them know - they were extremely helpful and apologetic and assured me my 'missing' item would be sent 1st class. True to there word I received my item the next day! I cannot fault there Customer Service and I would definitely order from 'Lights4fun' again.”
