“I received a set of battery operated fairy lights which unfortunately didn't work. I emailed customer services the following day to find out if I was to send the faulty set back or what to do. I received a very nice email back from Lorraine who apologised for the faulty lights and advised I would b sent a new sent asap. The new set arrived within about 4 days and they work perfectly. Although the product itself was faulty I would definitely use this company again as my issue was dealt with quickly an efficiently.”

“The lights were great and delivery was quick and efficient. I think I was supposed to receive a text to tell me when my order was going to arrive and I didn't but that is the only negative. Thanks very much”

“maybe put buttons on the top of the charging unit as bit hard to see which one you require were they are. apart from that they are very good value.”

“Really great deal on some lights, and an excellent delivery time, came a day before it was expected. Only thing - I expected the LED lights I bought to come in lengths of 10m... they came in lots of 5m. Not really an issue, just communication. \n\nWill certainly use lights4fun again either way”

“I like the fact that I can buy in bulk or multiple deals and also the speed of delivery is amazing. We live in Jersey and very often some ordered items can take weeks, but not with Lights4fun. The items always arrive extremely quickly.”

“When I ordered the lights I received a confirmation email. Within the email it stated I would receive an update and link with which to trace my ordered. I never received the said email. However, the lights have arrived and they look very pretty indeed, I will report back when I have charged them and mounted them.\nThank you!”

“We were very happy with the service provided. We ordered three sets of solar lights one of which was defective. These were replaced straightaway by return of post and the new lights work fine. Would order again from this company.\n”
