“Personal Service was easy and very good.\nDelivery was as expected and the product again very good.\n\nIt is frustrating the number of different connectors and the fact you don't offer any tree topper designs. Even a basic star would have been something.”

“I had difficulty with the online ordering as I have also in the past, I either have to call and place the order verbally or use the live chat.\nHowever this would not stop me using your company, the live chat is extremely helpful and I am always more than happy with your product.”

“Order procedure was okay, but I ordered Warm White LED's. When they arrived they were nothing like warm white, more like 'cool' white' and were too bright.\nWhen I queried this, I was told I should have ordered 'TRUE Warm White'\nThis is confusing and should be made plainer on your website. Surely, warm white is just warm white, to add TRUE to the title just leads to confusion.”

“Product was extremely high quality, at a good price, and arrived quickly. I was a little dissapointed that they didn't contact me to confirm when the item I wanted was in stock (I had to keep checking the website), but ultimately I got what I wanted and am very happy with it. Would certainly buy from them again.”

“The lights are fab. More than bright enough and the PIR is great. Downside (sorry) the solar panel is quite loose in its housing and quite tricky to keep pointed in the optimum direction. Luckily I'm south facing but for others could be a problem.”
