“Delivery charges are very high to Highland Perthshire which affected what I ordered - I found another website which delivered free and ordered some items from them instead. There are so many companies that will deliver for free when you are spending a certain amount of money and I think you should do the same.\n\nThe items I did order were excellent and I'm very happy with them.”

“Battery case on light up heart has the weeniest screw possible.... pretty tricky to put in batteries. Otherwise both this and the light up twig tree are smashing. ***”

“1. Procedure and service very good.\nInfo on connectors type vague - are these generic types or specific to Lights4Fun?\n2. Range could be improved - previously purchased tree top star LED's now failing but couldn't replace as no longer listed and couldn't buy elsewhere due to lack of connector info.\n3. Range again: Animated wall displays: Given up on the 'tubing' lights as they only last one season - unable to find anything with LED's - connector compatibility issues (What is 'C' type?) meant it was not worth looking.\n”

“Although I recieved an item that was faulty the customer support was great. The support of a charity by ights4fun when they advertised on-line was valuable to me to establish a real connection with the company to want to purchase their goods. A friendly family feel and considerate approach speaks volumes towards customer satisfaction.”

“This is the second order of the battery lights as I was sopleased with the initial order. I would only recommend they package safer as one set has a broken connection which could have been avoided with a bit of bubble wrap.”

“Fast delivery and good quality. \nIf you want all lights to be the same colour temperature across a range, best to call them first though. We bought sets of 100 and 40 strings of lights from the same range and bulbs were slightly different on each. One email and they very kindly, and quickly, swapped them for a range that matched exactly. Though we have clear cables with black cables leading to them now. \n\nGreat service. Thank you.”
