“First set of lights unfortunately arrived broken (hence 4 stars and not 5), but they were very quickly replaced at no extra cost. Lights themselves are gorgeous!!!”

“Very frustrating that you can only go "one way" on the type C connectable lights. Tried to add more lights going the other way after the installation was complete, to discover that you cannot connect with the adapter to the mains cable. This would require a connector with 2 "male" rather than 2 female connections. Why is this not available?. If there is a H&S reason then it should be made clear on the product that you can only go one way from the mains lead and that you need to start at one end.”

“I am very pleased with the items I ordered. Good quality and as seen in the catalogue. However the packaging they came in was practically non existent. Just the tree and lights in an empty big, battered box with one piece of sellotape around it. Fortunately nothing was damaged. There should have been some inner packaging to protect the contents.”
