“Lights4fun were excellent as usual, but their couriers left my box of lights out in the rain all afternoon! Mostly outdoor fairy lights, and fortunately even the indoor set work fine. LIghts4fun Customer Service were very apologetic and immediately helpful, so full stars to them. Zero stars to the delivery company.”

“My colleagues and i ordered a bulk order of usb and battery lights to decorate our office, delivery was fantastic and the range was wonderful. I couldn't find AA or AAA batteries to add for the packs that required them, maybe make it easier to order additional releveant items to support the order.”

“The first set of lights I received were faulty but I contacted lights4fun the following day and they immediately sent out a replacement. I was very happy with the customer service and the replacement lights are lovely. I would use the company again.”

“Fast delivery. Ordered on a Friday and they came on Saturday morning.\n\nMy only issue was that the item had a rose petal missing from a fairy light found in the middle of the sequence. I decided to replace the petal on the end of the line to avoid having to return the item. Besides that they item was as expected and good quality”

“A nice, friendly experience. \n\nWould suggest you have a look at the webshop 'basket' function - this doesn't update until you leave the page you are on ie it doesn't add to the basket immediately when the 'buy' button is pressed - this led to me adding multiple items to the basket until it became clear what was happening.”
