“I've been using Lights for Fun for 6 years and have always found them very professional. \n\nIn the past have found the website a bit difficult to navigate, especially when trying to buy 'additional lights for my existing connectable sets (i.e. ensuring that I am buying the correct colour / connections). I wonder if a purchase history section would help?\n\nI have also had long running issues with failures of the set I purchased this time - I have about 24 sets or LEDs (1200 bulbs) in an apple-tree and it looks great but each year several sets have failed (c. 300 bulbs this year). In fairness, in previous years L4F have replaced these without quibble (I didn't ask them too this yea) but it is still frustrating having to replace them.”

“I got the lights for a grotto wall and was disappointed that they were not square. I could only get a straight line down one side, the other side would not square up.”

“The website and order process were all good. \nHowever the lights did not arrive within 5 working days as promised. I could not check the order status on your website. However when I called your customer service line they were helpful and agreed to look into it. The lights eventually arrived 11 days after they were ordered (9 working days). Fortunately it is still in time for our school Christmas fair, but it was a shame I had to chase it. The lights themselves are great (we have bought them from you before) and I would recommend them - just not the delivery company!”

“We found the staff most helpful. We phoned after looking at the website as we could not fully understand the lights specification from the website and picture.\nLength string of globe bulbs measurement versus how long was the power cable is going to the start of them etc.\nLights were great and arrived on time and in good condition. The lady on the phone was particularly helpful when we phoned again because the multi coloured bulbs arrived as wight but she explained that they go multicolour with the LED's inside the globes when switched on. They did.”
