“Found this firm via an internet search and ordered for my grand-daughter. Good speedy delivery and I then decided to order more lights as presents. Again speedy delivery. As they are all Xmas presents I'm unable to comment on the quality and performance but they look very attractive.”

“I found the help from Customer services over the telephone excellent. My query regarding setting up \nthe function controller was answered quickly and simply, with no problem whatsoever.\nThe lights are working perfectly. However I find that some of the clips on the lamp holders that adjacent wires clip into to create the net come adrift very easily, creating large holes in the net (2 set deal (2m x 2m Net Lights, D2-CC4-YWC). The nets re draped over Hydranger Bushes in the Garden.”

“Great website and order process, great range of products & would definitely recommend.\n\nOnly downside is your packaging, both orders I've made have arrived in too big a box with no packaging inside to stop products being thrown about in transit, one product had broken as a result but was easily fixed with a bit of super glue, however it will make me think twice about ordering anything that could possibly break in the future. \n\nPlease sort as otherwise your company is a pleasure to buy from!”

“Overall very happy. The website is easy to navigate, has a wide range of products and the check out process was clear and fast. Delivery was quick and through it all have received updates through email. \n\nOne point - when searching for lights by colours, it seems a bit annoying to have a colour to click, only for the search to come up with 0 results. Maybe it would be more efficient if colours which have no search results show up on the side as grey and unclickable. That way no one will waste time clicking on colours only to find there are none!”
