“The lead cable on both the lights and the starter plug was far too short, so the plug is left dangling half way up the tree. But delivery was prompt and lights are good”

“MOSTLY SATISFIED EXCEPT THAT ALTHOUGH I ENTERED A POSTAL ADDRESS DIFFERENT TO MY INVOICE ADDRESS IT WAS STILL SENT TO MY HOME. LUCKILY IT WAS A SMALL ORDER SO THE POSTMAN HID IT BEHIND A PLANT POT.”

“The lights we ordered were for a tree in the garden. Once connected they looked fantastic but the connections were not easy to make. It needed a really strong push to ensure that the circuit was completed. The other thing which could be improved is the mains plug. We needed to access the power via an external power socket. Because the control unit is included in the socket it meant that the cover on the external socket does not close fully”

“Can't fault the service, just the goods!! The solar lights only work for a VERY short time. I have had a set from Wilkos for 18months and they were very bright even in winter. Sadly, I could not replace them with Wilko so searched the internet.”

“Found it confusing that the led coloured bulbs appeared white when they arrived leading to us phoning. Perhaps you should make it clear that they are coloured when lit on the outside of the packaging.”
