“only one issue if you order something and one item is delayed both then will be delayed but great service none the less because it only took two mintues to sort out they even offer to give the money back shows how good this company operates both items we got work perfectly and are wonderful to view”

“Only gave four stars (would have been 5 otherwise),due to the fact that I had to have two transformers replaced. This I believe was due to a quality issue. Having said that the service I recieved from staff at L4F was excellent. I would highly reccomend L4F to anyone, and will be using them again.”

“Very good service, The fittings are great. The only problem is having invested in type A extendable range , I find there is very little in the range, either that or the website doesn't find the lights (e.g. it doesn't even find the ones I got!)”

“I was impressed with the online website, the speed of my order and the products I ordered. However a couple of the products (battery 'candles' with wicks that look like real candles) were far smaller than they looked in the catalogue. It would have been more helpful to have them described as 'small candles' and maybe have a picture of them next to another object so their size was obvious.”

“Generally very happy with your products, however, the candle tree lights I recently ordered, were not as described, ie they were 'bright' as opposed to 'warm' white but I had to return them at my own cost which I thought was unfair.”
