“There were problems with the lights supplied but the response was immediate and without any debate. Unfortunately the problem occurred in the replacement too. Embarrassment prevailed but again an immediate response. Customer service is excellent. Many thanks to ***.”

“Swift delivery but getting the tops off the chinese style lanterns was tricky as the plastic was a bit thin. It took ages to do. Poor design there.”

“Nice people, they are trying to help you with all the info , they are patience and helpful. My problem was with the plugs , they are for UK and Ii needed an european plug , so i had to bought the adaptors.”

“Compact boxes with everything provided to put together lanterns. Not the easiest things to attach out in the garden but once we got them up, look great. Took linger than it said on the box to charge up but once they were - looked lovely!”

“We bought these lights to go in lanterns for our wedding and they looked fantastic. They were brilliant and bright - which is what we needed. The battery box is quite large, as it takes 3 AA batteries. Not a problem for us, but worth considering if you want to "hide" the control box somewhere.\n\nThe only downside is that the setting switch does not "remember" the last setting, so it goes back to combination rather than the last setting you were on when you switched them off.”

“Excellent service and the lights we bought are very colourful and bright. The only reason I marked them down by one star is that I was a little disappointed that the solar panel was so small. I find it hard to believe that it would light as many bulbs as the company suggests as I only bought 180 bulbs and on a grey day they do not light up whereas my single solar lights in my rockery stay alight all night until morning. I think a larger solar panel is required. Apart from that, they stayed alight well after a very sunny day.”
