“Everything went well, it was easy to order, different ways to pay so i had to problems with it, and it was delievered when it was supposed to. The only thing is I ordered blue and It is blue but it looks more like greenish-bluish, but it looks nice anyway.”

“Very impressed with Lights4Fun. Easy to order, lovely product, speedy despatch. Not quite so impressed with the courier company. I left delivery instructions with the original order and then again with the actual courier asking them to leave the item in a safe place. Luckily I was in when they were delivered as my instructions weren't acknowledged until after the delivery had been made!”

“Postage and packaging cost was very expensive in relation to the item. Could have been sent via 1st class although advised this was not possible and hence charged almost as much as the item I had purchased.”

“I bought the lights to use for a wedding. 3 tea lights do not work. Can I get them replaced. My biggest problem with lights4fun is the delivery charge to Northern Ireland. Its very expensive. I order from the UK regularly and these is the dearest delivery I have ever paid.”

“We've found the on line and customer service extremely good and the product fairly realiable , because of the amount of lights we have ordered over the years we have found the returns policy of certain faulty lights to be somewhat ambiguous ! One return was dealt with efficiently another was one obstacle after another!”

“It would of been reassuring to have the length of the lights detailed on the box. I was surprised how small a box they came in and was sure it was the 4m not the 8m sent in error. As it happens I didn't measure it but have used them now, but this extra info on the box would have reassured me.”

“I found the service quick but disappointed that the courier didnt leave package at neighbours or at back of house as had to do an new time which can be a very tight window when you have to travel back form work.Dont like leaving note in door to say Im not in”
