“I am very happy with the polar bear light I ordered but although I was very impressed with the delivery service - prompt and at the given time - the cost (almost half the value of the item I purchased) almost put me off making the initial purchase.”

“I was pleased with the ordering procedure and the products. I just think that the website could be made clearer and easier to drive. I was looking for external lights for putting into a tree and I had difficulty finding what I wanted with the details shown.\n\nAlso, it should be made clear in the details that the "Multi Action Start Cable for Clear Connect 24v Lights" would only plug into the main transformer.”

“Great service from the Company unfortunately the solar lights are not really designed for the UK winter - not enough daylight to charge the battery. Although you can replace with normal batteries the lights use quite a lot of power (do to the long hours of darkness) so you will have to change the batteries every few days.”
