“The website is great, real easy to use and I have ordered umpteem items over the years. What would be very useful is a confirmation email of purchase and in the past I have had an email from your company informing me that my items are out for delivery and an ETA. Items ordered more recently have not had this prompt and I have felt it necessary to contact LIGHTS4FUN to find out where my items are. Your customer service reply was prompt, so no complaints on that score. Also delivery has always been extremely quick - but just recently items have taken a little longer. I am hoping that this is due to Royal Mail, rather than any change made to your customer service.”

“Lovely product and swift delivery, ordered two sets of net lights for front windows, when received they were different colour blues so did not match. Only noticeable when it is dark at night, however, i have always found lights for fun to be a brilliant company and I will continue to buy from the site over and over again as i have done over the last year or two. Thank you for reasonable priced quality products.”

“Very good service bearing in mind the "Christmas Rush". Would like to see afew more details in instruction leaflet "circuit breaker" and "additional lights", but otherwise they look good quality and were packaged well.”

“e second year I have made a purchase at this time!\nasions the added costs of delivery to an address outwith the Scottish Mainland is extortionate, especially for a small parcel which could easily have been sent by post.\n\nReduce your delivery charges and increase your business!”

“They lights are brilliant and were delivered very quickly, however I needed to ordered a T connector to split the lights in two directions. Unfortunately I had to guess which connector to order as it was clear which one went with the lights. This turned out to be the wrong one which I have to return at my own cost which is a pain. It would have been better if connectors were given as additional accessories your might require on the site to prevent this mistake or maybe being picked up by someone in either order processing or despatch could have picked up the fault I'd made. Having said that I could have called and asked suppose and the staff were very helpful when I did call once I'd made the discovery.”

“Customer service was prompt and helpful. A problem with stock availability was dealt with quickly and efficiently.\n\nThe only problem was that the packaging was inadequate for such delicate products and the battery box on one of the products was broken.”
