“The lights4fun website service and products themselves are fantastic.The rating would have been 5* but DPD the courier failed to deliver on the due date but saying we were out when in fact we had reorganised our diaries so that someone was in all day.”

“information and delivery were excellent. The only thing I was disappointed in was although I had ordered warm white lights, they are very white and do not really fit in with the much yellower tones of the existing outside lights here.”

“Very efficient and a very good product. The only thing I noticed was a reference to an option for delivery by Royal Mail for £2-99 which was not an option at the time of purchase online so I had to pay the £4-50 approx next day delivery by courier delivery. I would like to see the cheaper Royal Mail delivery option available at the time of purchase online please.”

“Would have given excellent but recd faulty plug on lights an emailed the company giving the order number and they wrote back asking for my address, before try could deal with the problem surely in this day and age they should be able to get this information from their own order number ? But still would thoroughly recommend company. Delivery fantastic especially liked the text telling you when to expect them.”

“I found some of the offers a little difficult to find. The link was not as clear as it could have been. Also\nI needed to check on some of the 3 for 2 offers in the basket as they did not seem to show the money off straight away.\nOther than that I thought the site was well presented and some good ideas for using the lights was shown.”

“the delivery was unbelievably efficient - giving a precise hour of delivery - amazing! \n\nthe only disappointment was the length of time that the lights were on for - the solar panel obviously not giving them enough juice to last as long as I would like!\n\nperhaps a guide would be useful - length of wire required for the size / height of tree!! - a good coverage would be approx 3 times the height of the tree...”

“Excellent service and excellent products. \n\nSlightly disappointed at the Northern Ireland shipping costs. Would be 5 stars if that wasn’t so high. It certainly does not cost me that amount to ship the other way. \n\nOnly down side at the moment is that having seen the product quality, I now want to order more but the shipping cost is making me think twice. \n”
