“Next day delivery as promised. Product now in use and seems robust and of good quality. Only issue I had when ordering was that the system would not accept first credit card which I generally use online. All round good service.”

“Good product. Good price but not happy with delivery.\nFort William might have some of the highest rainfall in the UK but that doesn't make it an Island. No matter how many attempts I made it was classified as Scottish Islands not UK mainland. Very disappointing plus a lot more expensive. Other companies are able to delivery without penalising this location. There's something wrong when you can delivery to Europe for the same cost or less. I would only recommend this website to those living outwith the Highlands.”

“I really rated your customer service but I'm disappointed with the product as it's not suitable for winter use, can only really be used in a south facing garden with lots of sunlight. Only the packaging instructions made this clear and the lights are blue not white as I expected.”

“2 recent orders - one 30th November delivered - 8th December\nthe other 6th Dec - delivered 9th DEcember\nBrilliantly happy with the sped of the second delivery; not quite so happy re the first.\nBoth products are however excellent.”

“The product looked great and was described correctly. I wasn't so keen on the postage price, I had to pay 6 quid for next day delivery and it came a day late, which wasn't a problem in this case but it did cost a lot.”
