“I ordered rope lights and candles for my husband's 50th birthday party. The rope lights were not working and it was a tight deadline to return and receive new ones. After the courier failing to appear for collection Donna Sloan, Senior Customer Service Advisor, sorted it all out and ensured that we received working lights on time for the party, thank you Donna !”

“Bought two sets of 10 led festoon lights a year ago and they were great. One set filled up with water however and stopped working which was disappointing (the website does say that they do not recommend leaving them outside permanently - which we do - although you would imagine if they are correctly sealed this should not happen, please just be aware of this). I just bought a new set of 10 however and service and delivery was very prompt and professional, hopefully this set lasts!”

“Lights arrived promptly and I am really pleased with the two different sets of solar lights that I have bought to illuminate some of the trees and ornaments in my garden. I am so pleased in fact that I am going to place an order for some more.”

“Lights arrived promptly and are very good . My only caveat is my own fault really as the lamp colours are too primary ( red yellow blue green ) than I was expecting. But I should have looked more carefully. I really wanted pink, purple, white, type colours - a bit more pastel . Anyway - they are very bright and last all night ????”

“Purchased some solar festoon lights, but on delivery one of the bulbs didn't work. A quick response by email and they dispatched a new set straight away. Lights are a fantastic colour for led and service top class, thanks”

“All the LED Festoon lights arrived as advertised, other than one set where there was a 'bulb' out. After one email to customer support they sent another set free of charge on next day delivery. Excellent service.”

“Bought two sets of these lights to decorate our garden and are very happy with the product. The plastic bulbs are sturdy. My only criticism would be the need for a longer lead to the battery pack (which is heavy and therefore not suitable for dangling off a roof corner, etc.).”

“Great service and delivery. Thought the bulbs unscrewed to replace bulbs so a little disappointed in the product but I should have checked first so my fault. I wanted to put lanterns on them but will have to work around it.”
