“Everything fine - good received quickly, update communications timely and helpful. Only reason not 5 stars is that one set of lights didn't work. However, I got in touch by email and was very quickly advised that a replacement set would be sent out. They were, again quickly.”

“Lights looked as good in reality as in the pictures - I really didn't want them to look cheap and plasticky and I was not disappointed. Perhaps they took a little longer to arrive than I expected, but there was no time pressure so this was not a problem for me.”

“I was very satisfied with the customer the girl I dealt with was able to advise me of an alternative as you where out of stock what I wanted and advise me of a website to use to order the stuff I need to make my own.Also it was nice to choose something different and have pink tree lights, you are limited in the shops and I like the idea of being able to attach 2/3 sets of lights together and only use one transformer and it was helpful to have friendly advise on how much lighting we need for our 6ft tree”
