“The lights should come with the adopters in a pack, but silly to have to buy all separately. However delivery was very quick. Using the 'chat' feature wasn't great as my question was never answered. But all in all not too bad.”

“I have just done a review & now am being asked to do another. That's slightly irritating. However, I am pleased with this tree. I have bent the branches into all sorts of different ways & it has stood up to that well. I don't want this as a Christmas decoration but as a year round piece. Being battery powered, you can place it anywhere. I have 4, small pretty birds clipped onto the branches & 3, very tiny, greeny blue, holographic gift bows, on the ends of the thinner 'twigs'. I think it looks good during the day, as the holographic bows bounce with different colours & the white birds have tiny pearls & a few sequins on them, so they also catch the light. At night, switched on, it makes a gloomy corner look inviting. I am considering buying another. The service was excellent & prompt delivery.”

“I was really happy with the level of service I recieved and even the additional interaction I had recieved on Twitter. I loved that when the product arrived it had a leaflet of products explaining how it was a family run business, and I felt I had recieved first class service. I had even been telling someone about how I'd had the best customer experience with this company and would highly recommend. However, the reason I have not given 5 stars is because after I got my product I was one set of lights short (for the size of my tree, I'd not ordered enough) I went back on the site to look to purchase one more set and I realized orders over £60 get free p&p so I asked on Twitter in a private DM if as a goodwill gesture I could get free p&p on the extra set of lights I was ordering as my previous order was £58 & had I noticed previously I would've just ordered an extra set there and then. Now a simple no would have sufficed and I would have thought fair enough, it was my mistake after all. But I didn't get a response at all and I found this disappointing regardless of whether you could have done it or not. I have since just ordered an extra set & paid the p&p, but would I have gone on to commend customer service & the company after that? No, probably not. It just came across to me as if I was only responded to originally to get me to buy, after I'd bought you didn't care.”

“Easy to order, fast delivery. Unfortunately one of my candles wouldn't work, as it was buy two get a third free I didn't bother to return it. Apart from that one problem I am happy with the service.”

“Had to call up and return some items as they were the wrong ones. Very helpful and quick delivery. Would of appreciated free returns postages as I only wanted to exchange the items for the correct ones but apart from that they were good.”

“happy with the initial product (fairy lights). The starter kit gone after a year purchased two replacements that stopped working within 5'. Poor quality replacement ... good products, inconsistent quality.”
