“The website is easy to use and online shopping is a good experience. I have needed to return on occasional item due to sizing issues or the item just doesn't look right on me. There are no issues with returns and the ladies happily provide a store credit or refund. I regularly buy from this online store and I recommend it highly. Plus, they send me nice emails and call me 'lovely'! That always brightens my day!”

“The girls at Lilac & Mila have been quick to respond to my queries and extremely helpful and accommodating with my orders. I have made multiple purchases since and never had a problem. Returns process is also very easy. Clothes are beautiful and great quality. 100% would recommend!”

“Love my 2 dresses! Sizing was good and fabric feels beautiful. Took a while to get all the creases out from packaging but other than that they are great.”
