“I sent my items back because I didn’t like the build in bra in the swimming suit. Followed the directions they game me to return the items. Still waiting for my refund it’s been 4 weeks now since I’ve UPS them back the items. WTF”
“They do not honor what they say about returns. I have proof and it is all in the email conversation thread.
They sent me the wrong sizes and when I mentioned it, they kept negotiating with me saying they will give me 30% back if I keep the products and when I said no, they offer me 50%. I said that they are useless to me since they did not fit me. I asked for return shipping label so I do not have to pay for shipping since it was their mistakes.
Secondly, they did not inform me that they would split my order into two shipments and the second one is subject to duty charge. They said it does not usually happen but they should know this. The first shipment came through Canada Post and the second shipment came through DHL which is the company that is charging me for duty.
I do not recommend Liligal company. I gave Liigal a try but not anymore. I will return to Amazon - hassle-free return, great customer service and they honor their word.”
“They lie so much! I emailed them asking if I can see the bathing suits (I chose 2 I would have wanted) without the model just the actual suits. They kept telling me they sent me the pics . Never got any. They told me to check my email which was what I was reading at the time. They kept telling me they tried. They def did not. I re-ordered two sizes up and it took FOREVER to get to me and was ALL really cheap material and poor construction. All THREE of these companies belong to the same group. IT is a TOTAL SCAM...they make you jump thru hoops to return things and then no refund! All new still in packaging. BUY AMERICAN! “Don’t get scammed! Do your due diligence before you buy anything on line. I want to thank all the people who take the time to write reviews it really helped me out. May I now return the favor. I admit I ordered from Liligal without researching reviews on line first. I also believed it was an American company until I completed the transaction where I realized this company was in China. I then went on line to check the reviews.( big mistake not doing that first). The red flags were more than obvious that this was not a good choice. After reading multiple negative reviews about the poor customer service and blatant ignorance on returned items I knew I had to get my money back. Here’s what worked for me - I went straight to PayPal first. I submitted a grievance to PayPal expressing my suspicions about the legitimacy of this company and contested the charges to Liligal. (While citing the many customers who were clearly scammed.) Then I followed the ridiculous prompts from Liligal and submitted my demand to cancel the order immediately and return the funds. I suggest you try my method it worked immediately. I had an immediate response from Liligal requesting I remove my grievance from PayPal and they will refund me fully. I removed it and they refunded me! Hope this helps someone else who is dealing with this company.”
“They are listed in America, but my swimsuit was shipped from China. It took over three weeks to get it. It did not fit, the material was very low quality. The bottom was not even hemmed. I contacted them to get a refund. They replied to return it. There was no return slip, so it cost me over $11 to return it. After that they sent me another message, it informed me to keep the item and they would give me a 60% refund. I received $13, subtracting my post cost my total refund was only $2.”
“Terrible! Do not fall for their website! Clothes are not the same color as featured on their website. I got a bathing suit and the color was not the blue/green bright color as pictured, it was muted and dull. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wanted to return something and you can not. “DONT ORDER FROM HERE! sizes are not even close to right. I ordered a dress, got a size big as I do with inline items. Funny the “Chiffon Cardigan” and it’s really not but anyway it’s about a 3x. The under dress is maybe a large. The outfit says 2x. You can’t get anyone buy phone, no one is available anywhere to discuss it except this who agree it stinks. Then you return the item if your lucky enough to figure out how, and you will never get a refund. They had a number but now say don’t call it. So now I have spent 40 bucks and I need a dress!!!”
“Took forever to get 6 blouses ordered at the same time but were shipped in 3 separate bags over 3 weeks time. Four tops were terrible- one had sleazy plastic-ey fabric (can't imagine wearing a plastic bag) , two were way too small, one had a horribly juvenile sewing job with neckline all rolled and topstitched with lumps in the (also sleazy synthetic) fabric. Returned all 4 together in one box (that I had to pay $12 to ship back) after going through hell on their website that is NOT FRIENDLY to returns. Finally got credit for 3 and had to fight for the 4th credit that I received through PayPal 3 weeks later. I should have returned all 6 but I was going out of town and had to have something to wear! They asked me to review the items- so I did with honesty including the above complaints. Saw they posted my comments online- BUT TOTALLY CHANGED MY COMPLAINTS TO "TOO SMALL" AND "DIDN'T WANT" !!! So don't believe any of the "reviews" of their merchandise- they are all FABRICATED! (SORRY FOR THE BAD PUN!)”

The online pictures are deceptive and far from the actual feel. “I ordered 5 tops from Liligal and tried them on after they arrived. None of them fit me correctly, so I immediately put them back in their individual package and prepared the entire package for shipping back to Liligal. It cost me $10.00 to ship the package back to them, and after they received it, they said that one of the items was "used" and one of the items was "stained." How could an item that had only been out of a package for the time it took to try it on, be USED or STAINED???? I would not advise ANYONE to purchase ANYTHING from this company. Lesson learned - I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I assume I will be lucky to get my money returned to me.”

“I am giving this one star only because there is no choice for a zero to negative 100 stars. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!! The worst online company I have ever dealt with!!! Unfortunately, I failed to research & read these reviews first. Somehow thought they were connected with Zulily- I think that's the plan probably. Sames issues with me- it took forever to get the order- and I did not know it was being shipped from China. Clothes were some horrible material, probably something toxic-there are no laws governing such things over there, that made my skin crawl just trying them on, and nothing fit. They received the clothes back, listed them as "used" and have not refunded after a month and do not respond anymore to "tickets" that you have to use to communicate. TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!! Probably out $130, but I will continue to fight.”
