A lot of the time the design of the web site is the same just different name. One clue is when they say measurements could be one or two centimeters off-always Chinese sight. Really look carefully at the ads, you will see a similarity in the sites, one clue used to be the models had their heads cut off in the pics cause they were all Chinese. Companies got smart and now put different models on them. READ REVIEWS ALWAYS before buying. 99% of these company names have reviews on line by people who were stung!”
“I ordered two tops… No confirmation, no ship promise, no nothing. But wow, did they ever jump on my PayPal payment. After two months I contacted PayPal to get a refund – – they contacted Liligal Who told them that it had been delivered, which it had NOT. They suggested that I quote contact my neighbors to find the package”. Forget about customer service… They simply don’t reply, so no $60 refund, no clothing, and no more business from me! What a scam!”
“Delivery is extremely slow. I ordered three tops and kept one only because it had a Fourth of July theme. The quality is extremely poor, the sizes were much too large and I have yet to be able to return two of the items that I never opened, I am sorry I did not read the reviews first. Do not expect to be able to return any items or be able to get a return email and no phone numbers are listed; so there is no way to talk with anyone.”

“Liligal is a scam. I ordered a number of items from their online selection. The clothes looked great in the photo's. When they finally arrived they were not at all representative of the photo's. I attempted to send them back, at my cost and never heard from them again. Not only did I pay for the clothes that I never used, I paid for the shipping fee's to attempt to get my money back. I ended up without the clothes and never saw my money again. No response at all from Lilligal! I would never recommend them and would suggest you never order from this company.”

“The shirts mildly resemble the pictures. The quality is so bad, I can't believe this company would actually send this kind of quality out to customers, they should be ashamed of themselves. Please, future customers, listen to reviews, if you don't, you will be sorry. I was sucked in by the pictures of what I thought would be really pretty clothes. At 27.00 - 29.00 a piece for the shirts and more for the dress, I am absolutely disgusted at the quality. And the sizes are way way off. Refund are a nightmare, still waiting for mine even with sending all documentation that their 6 steps require. They cheat you in 2 way - bad deceiving product and keep your money and your returned item. They deceive you in who they are, Chinese company and based I believe in the consulate so they do not suffer from bad business practices and get away with deceptive practice I plan on reporting them to Paypal.

“I got burned too. Ordered 3 tops in April 2019, received 2 and expected the 3rd to be coming since their website states you could receive split shipments. It never came. Looked at my credit card statement and saw the charge for all three. Tried contacting them via their website and it didn't work - kept returning me to the beginning. Contacted my credit card company, opened a dispute, they tried contacting liligal and received no reply. Credit card company refunding all my money. I didn't realize I was ordering directly from China and WILL ONLY PURCHASE FROM A US-BASED COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. I thin liligal is a fraud. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.”
