I've had to recently take my father into my care as he was hospitalized & had to be released into my custody. I've had nothing but issues trying to get everything transferred to this County. Appts are months out. Lincare is the only ones that I haven't had an issue with. Debbie is constantly ontop on it! Juan our delivery guys is terrific at making sure we get everything. If we don't have it, he contacts Debbie & gets to it right away. Without them I don't know what I would do. We were left with nothing & I was scared watching him fight to breathe. I'm so grateful that both of us can now sleep at night, thanks to the wonderful team work of Lincare. Sincerely, Lenda & Dante

Lincare has been dependable in delivering my portable oxygen. Brandon has been the most recent service representative. He has been polite, hardworking & helpful in answering questions. When my home concentrator started to break down, a rep was sent in a timely manner to replace it.

After a data error on my handicapped sons paperwork, lincare corrected it and sent his CPAP supplies out the next day!

First I did not select Lincare to do business with, since most retailers in my area do not accept Medicare/Tricare, but I had no choices. I was reluctant to use them, because of past issues with oxygen services, which in the end forced me to purchase my owm portable concentrators and home concentrators at $10K. Now I needed a new power chair. Medicare/tricare pay for it but I learned its like a rental, and if they pay it off before I die than fine its mine to keep, but if I die before 10 years ? , they will be back to take it. So it took about 1.5 months to get the chair, I requested a blue chair, they delivered a red chair. They did not prepare the chair for delivery, and the power cable was just dangling, the delivery driver acted like he did not know what to do, so I routed and tie wraped the cable myself. Of course I had to make all the adjustments to the chair but with the exception of the arms they should have been done. The chair was also missing one dust cap for a rear caster, so for now I am using duct tape, and hope they respond to my email for a replacement. I have to say, the customer service really hasn't improved in the last few years. They required me to sign a lot of papers, but did not have copies for me, I also requested those by email. When they finally delivered it it was one week late based on the projected date of delivery. I am happy just to have the chair since my old one was 20 years old and a tire was dry rotted leaving pieces all over my floor. Due to customer service they rate 3 stars. I hope they respond to my email.

3 months ago went to Ft. Myers office to try on new bipap mask, your employee seem to rush threw my appointment put one on me said it was largest she had and that was it, she was somewhat rude also. Infact the one she signed me up for was a medium and they you do sell a large which after talking to your supplier I was able to get. Today I called your Naples Office to check on the status of a new bipap machine order, that girl was like talking to a brick wall, she had trouble answering my questions regarding my order and giving me an explanation of the delay and if it would be mailed or I would have to pick it up. This has been an ongoing issue with you office staff in this area, plainly they suck. Maybe you need to pay more to get people who care.

Robert our delivery person is great, he is kind and happy to answers questions. They have been out of the oxygen tanks I need two weeks in a row and could only provide a few. The delivery day gets changed when they run low and since you must be home to take delivery and sign, I have to rearrange my schedule to accommodate their incompetency. My account needed to be transferred to a different location after the initial delivery, it has been 8 months and it is still not done so I receive texts from the wrong office saying to expect my delivery the next day and nothing gets delivered, so then I have to call and wait more days. I'm now told there is a billing issue so the account is on hold while it is under audit and they cannot transfer it. Do not call between 12 and 1 p.m., you'll be left on hold the entire time because they're at lunch, but the recording does not tell you that.

That's a given a bad experience every time I order oxygen I never get it on the day I order it I've been trying to get portable option for I don't know how long finally got that approved let's get it in two weeks we'll see about that and the phone lies yeah you can be put on hold and be on hold on on and on nobody ever comes back on it and you hang up call right back somebody so I don't know I'm really disappointed in Lincare the one in Bowling Green I don't know they need to get a whole new management in there only one it works his butt off is the one that delivers the oxygen dating somebody for a while now he was sick the last time he came here but still working and it he didn't get here till about 6:30 the only thing is I don't like waiting all day not knowing when it's going to get here I don't know New Management in Bowling Green would be awesome

I gave lincare a prescription for a portable oxygen concentrator in Dec 2023. It is now the end of Feb 2024, no appt set up for the test, can't get a # for the person in charge of this, they won't call me back. I have a planned trip in March, can't fly without it. I'm so frustrated. Last time I spoke with Lincare Pulmonary Therapist she has to email them and wait 48 hours for a result, she does not have a contact #. I am a advocate for the copd foundation, we are going to the Capital in March. Lincare is on my list for taking advantage of people with disabilities.

I order my oxygen cylinders on time. Most times the delivery person does not have what i requested. Today i was supposed to get 6 c cylinders but i got a call Lincare has no c tanks. They will come tomorrow after being closed last week on my delivery day. I have about a hour of oxygen to be away from home today. How does a oxygen delivery service have no cylinders. I got shorted ladt delivery also. Frustrating!

The Felton Lincare has my c-pap supplies so screwed up. It is bad enough that Medicare will only allow one cushion per month in a 3 month period and then lincare sends the wrong supplies. I'm getting supplies for some items in one month and others in another month every 90 days. Come on people your fooling around with supplies for people who have breathing issues!!!!

Shipping is awful. Like they say 1-3 days and it's like 5 minimum. Not good when you wait for food for the month and are out. Def do not recommend

Terrible company. The continue to bill me for supplies I didn't order and had returned! The also billed my insurance company and shoukd not have. Product was returned over 4 months ago and today I received a bill from my insurance stating I owe. Tried multiple time to actually speak to somebody at lincare and are continually told to call different numbers and have been hung up on several times. Horrible to do business will and they bill for products never received. DO NOT work with them if you have a choice!!

Horrible ! Been waiting for months for them to fill a feeding prescription because my son hasn’t eaten in 6 months ! I have called multiple times Been “ connected to different lines “ Just to wait on there it will be 20 min wait phone lines to be told “ we are backed up and no one is processing this yet “ Week after week is going by and my son still doesn’t have his feeding supplies !!!!!!! He is 5!!! Horrible ! If you could t fill someone’s prescription you should just tell them that! 😡 This is redicoulus!!!! Don’t order your stuff through them They are clearly under staffed And there phone people send you in circles To avoid helping !!!! Your company sucks

Awful customer service. NEVER returned a call. Over 18 days I called and spoke to one of their useless associates that promised that someone would call me back, THEY NEVER DID. Worst customer service ever!

Had expressed my mother had dementia & had panic attacks when air did not automatically flow(she had to breath through her nose to activate), but the panicking induced mouth breathing. Took her to Emergency & she had basically been getting no oxygen. Nurse said that she had probably become to weak to activate the air flow. My Mom didnt make it out of the hospital. She has passed. Now I've been sitting here waiting for 4 hours of my day for them to pick up equipment & never showed.. NOT A FAN OF THIS COMPANY

After 6 years, because my doctor can't switch me to another provider, I am switching doctors just to get away from this company. Random supply deliveries, or no supply deliveries, or nobody answers the phone, or when they do the first answer is always NO. I have never had an experience where it felt like they were doing anything but trying to get me off the phone. Avoid. I am of the belief they bill insurance companies for way more than they deliver to the client because they deliver below the bare minimum.

I was an employee of the Lincare office in Prescott Valley AZ for 7 days. I had been hired for the CSR position. I have a background in Administration and Customer Service. After 7 days of what was to be CSR work, I realized it was more of a Admin Assistant position with the pay of a CSR. CSR was only 25% of the job. But my review is not about that position, it's about the main office in Florida. I received my pay from the company in a timely manner when I quit on March 12th 2024. What I have not received as of this writing is the promised mileage pay for the 159 miles I had to travel for orientation. They had me drive clear to Flagstaff because the Manager up there was overseeing the Prescott Valley office and his wife was going into labor on the 4th child so he had to stay close to home. I have spoken to HR and tickets have been made to handle my problem. As of this writing I still have not received my promised money. I was told it must be on some accounting desk! Now I know why the Prescott Valley office has it's issues, it comes from the top. With 11,000 employees all over the USA you would think this company was a well oiled machine. But evidently it's not. If they are this bad with their employees how are they with their patients? I suggest this company needs an overhaul from the top down.

DO NOT USE, PLEASE! Lincare has to be the absolute WORST company I’ve ever encountered. The employees are incredibly incompetent. I’ve been using CPAP for 1.5 years now. Not one single employee knows what’s going on with my CPAP performance or anything related to it. I’ve never received a correct supply order. I’ve moved and changed insurance and have literally told them at least 6 times and they still don’t have the correct information. I thought the first Lincare respiratory therapist was on drugs, but many of them seem that way. Clueless and just off, even the ones who appear to be competent! This is a very messed up company. DO NOT USE, PLEASE! I am eager to see my new PCP and get an order for another provider. I’m DONE.
