“Excellent quality - would have been rated Very Good had it not been for the DX Delivery service which was appalling and dishonest (courier put card through the door twice without ringing; I was here both times but he had gone by the time I heard the letterbox and got to the door). Company was very helpful in trying to sort out the issue, but sadly I would not buy from them again whilst they use this courier - see https://www.aspokesmansaid.com/delivery/company-170/dx/2 among other reviews.”

“Beautiful,super soft cotton, very pleased with it. Feels gorgeous against my skin. I would have liked more design options on the pillow cases, possibly that will happen further down the line.”

“Not bad, but not Casper. On the thin side, and little details like tags for short and long sides could be improved to be easier to find. Little details missing, like corner notches. Also although the thread count is high, these sheets don't sleep as cool as Supima cotton sheets do. With that said, they are soft, come in some beautiful colours and patterns and are good value for higher-end sheets.”

“Sheets arrived on time and are really good quality, lovely and soft. Washed well, with limited creasing. Excellent elastic around the fitted sheet with an ingenious label saying which is the short side and which is the long side. Not as thick as other sheets we have and I do worry about longevity.”

“So far, so good! I love the convenience of the bundle selection process and the prices are excellent compared to other similar products. I did find the material a little thin and there was a small mark on the duvet cover, but the texture is lovely”

“I love the sheets, so soft and great to sleep in. Delivery and communication needs to be improved. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks after the order, so chased. Then most of the order arrived without pillow cases and I was told (when I emailed) that they came from another supplier. Then they arrived and the postage wasn't paid fully so I had to contact Royal Mail and pay. Linen Bundle's customer service team didn't reply to my last email. Once I had everything, I then received an email to say my order was on its way. Can recommend the product but my experience wasn't ideal overall.”
