“You sent the order by USPS. Shows that it was delivered but I don't know where!!!! Got so fed up with the BS that I took a half day of my life and traveled 200+miles to a legit sporting goods company and bought the same model from them. You can chase down your shipment with the USPS if you want. I am done with you!”

“I recently bought one inch leather collars with name plates for my two dogs. I believe you should add a strap keeper to the collar to hold down the excess leather strap. Also, as I’ve moved from VA to TX it would be nice to be able to order replacement name plates for the leather collars. Stud pin replacement is easy if also provided. You’ve got great products.”

“This is not a bad review of LCS just Garmin DO NOT BUY! Unit is nothing but problems. All ready replaced handheld once because it wouldn't power on now the collar is malfunctioning. Customer service with LCS is outstanding Garmin not so much. This 1200.00 unit is unreliable and totally worthless buyer beware.”
