“Nick and Hannah were a pleasure to talk to. Always very prompt responses and available via telephone and email any time. They are totally customer focused and their experience and advice was very much appreciated. The thank you note and sweets were a lovely touch and an example of their excellent customer service.”

“I have Type 2 diabetes and found it difficult to get mortgage protection cover. I did a quick google search and found a blog that Nick had done on the same issue. From my initial contact with Nick and Hannah they were excellent and supportive of the application. They kept me informed every step of the way which was really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, expertise and courtesy (even replying to my emails late in the evening). They will now be my sole point of contact for any future business I have going forward.”

“Excellent customer service and great advice. Both Hannah and Nick made it very easy to take out multiple policies and I am now fully covered! Excellent advice was also given and the guys gave me very good recommendations. Very quick to respond also. Overall a brilliant service and I will recommend them to friends.”

“Hi we found Hannah and Nick so user friendly any queries we answered straight away we had a few problems setting up insurance health questions but because this company Hannah in particular been so efficient things were sorted with minimum stress or fuss to us as customers..”

“Nick and Hannah were so easy and pleasant to deal with. Having been declined by another insurer with no reason given, I was worried cover wouldn’t be possible. Nick explained why we had been declined and managed to secure cover for us, and at a great price too! I cannot recommend them enough”
