“We had John help my partner and I get our mortgage protection. We had waited a month with no word from another company but John got us our mortgage protection within under a week. Really recommend this company to find mortgage protection and John especially.”

“Richard at lion.ie has been brilliant to work with to sort Bernard and I's mortgage protection for our first home. Richard has been tremedously approachable and supportive, making something which can be quite complex as young, first time buyers, to a more understandable thing to get your head around! “We are so happy with the support and help Richard Westman provided us with. With us having health problems, he didn't make us feel like we are judged or any less but was well informed and explained everything to us with grace. To be honest he was also fast, which we didnt expect. I would 1000% recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Richard”

“I’m genuinely delighted with the service I received from Richie and the team. The entire process was smooth, professional, and clearly focused on my best interest. I especially appreciated how they shopped around anonymously to get me the best deal possible without affecting my chances. The only downside was the slightly high premium, but I understand the reasoning behind it and truly hope this can be reviewed over a short time. Overall, I felt well taken care of and supported throughout — a great experience.”

“I cannot recommend Lion enough. I was worried about getting insurance due to my high BMI but they took me through everything explained the best choices and arranged cover. They kept me informed through the whole thing and having the same point of contact from start to finish really made it a personal and tailored experience. I would have no issue at all recommending them to anyone.”

“Highly recommend John at Lion.ie, -multiple insurance companies rejected to insure me and on my first application with him he made it happen. Beyond grateful as we were almost having to pull out of buying our house as I couldn’t get protection. Explained everything clearly and was always quick with responses etc.”

“I am totally satisfied with Lion.ie as they are transparent and keep their promises. John Hourigan took care of my insurance application: he was very thorough and responsive. Because we were over 50 and had some health issues, we were also working with the bank insurance broker to compare quotes or even request a waiver if denied. Through the process I could see the lack of responsiveness from the bank’s broker side, so I eventually went with Royal London quote offered by Lion.ie even if it was a few € more expensive because it had a better overall customer service and the conditions to change the policy from smoker to non smoker were transparent and clarified by Lion, so we can save some money in the future. Thanks John and Lion for your support!”
