“We set out to travel to Nozawa Onsen, however our plans changed and we needed to reschedule and at the consultant's suggestion, headed to Myoko Kogen instead. We loved Myoko Kogen! Throughout all of our interactions - I dealt with Roxy Davies - who was excellent. She wanted to understand our needs and made every effort to accommodate. Came back with alternate suggestions. Was very familiar and knowledgeable. Roxy is a huge value add when booking our experience. Definitely easier than me doing it for us with no knowledge. Saved us a lot of time. Thank you.”

“We had the most incredible two week ski holiday in Japan thanks to Roxy from Mountainwatch Travel. From start to finish, she made the entire process completely seamless and stress-free. Roxy organised everything for our trip through Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen, and Myoko, and every detail was perfectly planned. The transfers ran smoothly, the accommodation suited us perfectly, and her recommendations for each region were spot on. It was clear she really knows Japan and understands what makes each ski area unique. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re planning a ski trip to Japan, I couldn’t recommend Roxy and Mountainwatch Travel highly enough.”

“We used Roxy from Mountainwatch Travel to organise our first family ski trip to Hakuba, Japan and were very happy with the experience. Roxy was easy to deal with and provided great recommendations that suited our family. The accommodation was excellent — even better than it appeared in the photos — and all our rental gear was organised smoothly with no issues. The whole process felt straightforward and well managed. We’d happily book through Roxy and Mountainwatch Travel again.”

“From my initial enquiry to Justine and the subsequent booking, I found Justine at Mountain Watch Travel extremely helpful and efficient. Her knowledge of Japan was excellent.
