“We had a great experience with Mountainwatch. We turned our trip to Japan around in just over a week so there was quite a bit of pressure on Anna and she well and truly delivered. Accommodation in Hakuba was absolutely perfect and we plan to book again. Nozawa accommodation availability was tight but Anna still managed to find us something suitable and comfortable. We are very happy and would highly recommend.”

“Hi everything went great, just our room wasn't what I was expecting, I was expecting a bed off the ground and a futon but instead there were 3 single beds on the ground not what I expected for a king twin room...the beds were very taxing on our backs but everything else was great, Nozawa is amazing.”

“This was my first ever trip to the snow. Mountainwatch had so many ski bundles which made planning the trip so much easier. Also, Anna was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient in helping us craft our perfect holiday. Thank you Anna for indulging us with our indecision and holding our hand every step of the way! We received great recommendations for hotels. Our package included everything; hotels, gear, hotel transfers, lift passes and lessons. We were given good information about each mountain to help decide where we wanted to spend our ski days. We were given all the information needed for transfers and gear hire, which made the holiday very easy. Definitely felt like good value for money as well. 10/10 would book again.”

“We had the most amazing trip to Queenstown and surrounds for our family snow trip. Kirsty helped us with everything we needed and the trip couldn't have gone any smoother! Accommodation was spacious, clean and had stunning views. Highly recommend.”

“Booked a last minute ski trip through Adam, who made it all so easy even though we had limited accommodation options (due to last minute booking). Adam was able to provide lots of information about my trip, include transfers and lift passes. I had a great time and it was all made very easy. Thank you!”

“I have had mountain watch travel book 2 trips to Japan in 2023 and 2024 , great value and very responsive . Also accomodation on offer great location close to lifts and nice facilities . Steph kept us informed on our booking for our group and details on travel . No hesitation in booking again for 2025”

“Anna O’ Malley was my Travel Representative from Mountainwatch that I engaged for my 6 Week Trip through Nth America & Canada .. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and expertise in organising our massive trip, which involved multiple locations , flights and accommodation options. Anna delivered in every area , securing us great deals and constantly passing on her recommendations.. Our trip was fantastic in every aspect with all details going to plan .. “Everything for our trip to Niseko was perfect . Anna our travel agent was amazing both years in a row . We couldn’t fault anything from the booking to payments to travel . Everything thing was taken care of organized and went smoothly both years in a row . Anna was amazing and so grateful to her for making our holiday great from the start . Highly recommended using mountain watch travel . I have organized everything from email and not once spoken directly which am happy too but Anna is so efficient haven’t needed too. Thankyou for making our snow holidays just perfect. We will be back every year !”

“Joined a great group and had a wonderful time skiing a different field every day . Bart was a great host /tour leader joined by Reggae and Ben . We got to enjoy Japanese culture and dining. This tour should be on everyone’s bucket list .”
