“I had the best experience with Tulia from Mountain watch Travel. The trip included Hakuba, Shiga Kogen and Niseko. As with all adventures, theres a lot to organize and many things can go wrong. I was able to contact mountain watch travel at all times. The emails and confirmations were accurate and thorough. All accommodation and vouchers were pre organized. Change of flights were relayed and rebooked. It was an absolute pleasure to have this security and support for my trip. Mountainwatch are my definite go to agent!!! Thank you.”

“Thanks Mountainwatch for helping us organise a last minute ski trip to Hakuba.. managed to get out transfers and hotel of choice .. and everything worked perfectly when we arrived. Your local drop in office was excellent too !”

“I've used Mountainwatch now for 4 Japow trips. I can't recommend Justine Fitzsimmons highly enough! Juz is very knowledgeable, upfront, honest and very patient! I've been lucky enough to touch base with Juz personally both in Queenstown and Hakuba where she was always available for advice and is super helpful with all aspects of travel. The next trip is already in the works! It's nice to know I have a TA who I can trust! I'm a very happy client! Thanks Juz and team for another great Japow trip!”

“I booked my Whistler, Canada trip through Justine at MountainWatch Travel .. My trip was perfectly organised and everything went to plan without any problems. The Hotel Fairmont, which Was recommended to me , was perfect in every aspect .. I couldn’t recommend Justine Fitzsimmons highly enough in organising a Overseas Ski Holiday.. One Happy Client .. “Fantastic experience from start to finish with the Mountainwatch team. My wife and I visited 3 different skin destinations in Japan and had all transport, accommodation and ski passes organised by Justine and her team. “Justine was very helpful in the planning phase of our family ski holiday to Japan. Due to Covid and travel restrictions at the time there were a lot of unknowns and therefore good transparent communication was key. The trip went seamlessly according to plan and the excellent customer service continued through the holiday with nice touches like making dinner bookings and making other helpful suggestions. I have been back at work a week and have already been in touch about the next trip. I thoroughly recommend the Mountainwatch team.”

“We used Mountainwatch Travel to book our trip to Hakuba, Japan and everything has been a breeze thanks to Juzzy. She's been super helpful with all the recent travel restrictions and kept in regular touch. It's great to have our accomodation, lift tickets and ski lessons booked all in the one place. She found us great lodging within our price range and has been so accomodating throughout. The best customer service I've ever received - highly recommend!”

“The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. The whole experience was very enjoyable with mountain watch organizing all the travel details and accommodation smoothly .
