Awesome holiday, awesome support both before and during the holiday, clear information, great advice while I was in the planning phase. LST took all the stress out of going to Japan for the first time with all their local knowledge. Their recommendations for accomodation was above expectations. Their prices were very reasonable, I'd definitely book through theses guys again. thanks heaps team!

Naomi was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, and put together a great package within our budget. Usually I'd do bookings myself, but Liquid Snow made it worthwhile and saved me money as well.

Staff were very helpful and answered questions promptly. Everything was organised and I didn’t really have to do anything except turn up to the airport. Everything was explained simply and I enjoyed every minute of my trip. It was great to go on a holiday feeling organised and relaxed.

From the time of booking to landing home can't fault LST. Naomi made sure of every detail so had no issues along the way. Together with the great conditions, LST made the week one to remember!

Had A Rad time in Hakuba and will be booking again next year for a Niseko trip!!! Rob Bound made life so easy and the staff helped me book our board bags with black cat from hakuba to the airport. Apart from the chuhai hangovers, the trip was nothing short of the Sickest snowboard trip ever!!!!!

This has been our third year of arranging a winter holiday to Japan - each trip has been wonderfully designed by Noeline at Liquid Snow Tours. We have relied on her advice when planning each trip and always received great quotes on airfares, accommodation, bus and train services. We have booked to stay at different ski resorts each year - and this January, we visited Appi Kogen and Zao Onsen. Each resort had great features - Appi (Be happy in Appi!) was ski in-ski out so really easy to get out on the slopes every day. It also wasn't too busy so there were no queues waiting for lifts...and plenty of snow! Appi Grand Hotel was very comfortable, and the staff extra friendly. Didn't take us long to work out the free shuttle bus service around the resort - Im sure they set the world record one night by squeezing too many guests into the bus...we were literally on top of each other. Quite memorable!! Zao Onsen Resort was more spread out and when skiing, one had a series of ropeways and lifts to navigate. I think the best thing about Zao were the hot, smelly Onsens!! We had a lovey Japanese/Western combo room at Hotel Lucent which was situated right in the middle of town, so a great location. Again, very friendly staff. These resorts were not as big or popular as perhaps Hakuba or Niseko but this meant that there were less westerners about and so more of a traditional experience. Would recommend them both. Thanks again Noeline for all your help in putting together another fantastic holiday to Japan - our favourite place in the world!! From Alison, Jeremy, Tristan, Ryder and Nikita

Justine at Liquid Snow Tours booked our accommodation and lift tickets for our trip to Hakuba. Very happy with the accommodation at Hotel Goryukan! The welcome/info pack we were sent before we travelled was also very useful and laid out everything we needed to know very clearly. Communications were excellent. Would recommend!

I find Liquid Snow Tours very helpful because they know Japan inside-out. One of the pointers on this trip was the two different type of JR East Cards. Unfortunately these cards can not be obtained at the beginning of the trip, the 14 days start on the date that the receipt is turned into a ticket. Our in between travel day between resorts was a Sunday and our preferred JR Service Office was not open on a Sunday, requiring us to travel all the way back to Tokyo. Not a problem but something that Liquid Snow Tours should take into consideration. Zao is a bit of an intermediate resort, but very local atmosphere, and Nozawa has almost too many Australians now.

I used Liquid Snow Tours for the first time this year and would definitely use them again next year! Silvi was super helpful and knowledgeable. Her information was spot on in regard to the location and accomodation. She also helped out when we had a last minute change to our arrangement and got that sorted with no hassle or fuss. Thanks!

Liquid Snow organised our accommodation, lift tickets and ski hire in Nozawa Onsen. We were very satisfied with the service and price. This is the third time we have booked through Liquid Snow and highly recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very quick in responding to your enquiries.
